the new

silence breaks the morning

rain shatters the rooftop to pieces

a thousand fairylights exposed to the sky

return reflection

in these eyes of solidarity

polarize

to pure posthumous passion

alive in these droves

this season of love

anew

new touch

new kiss

new hand held in this walk

i take

with you

God

the shared beating

of hearts entreating

and so forth and so furious

the wind whips

the beach meets the water

the kiss of sand and salt

my pulse is a meter

and the rhythm is set to beat

along side this harmony

between us
